A securities class action has been filed against Datavault AI Inc. and certain officers in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, according to Pomerantz LLP. The case, docketed as 2:26-cv-05548, covers people and entities other than the defendants who purchased or otherwise acquired Datavault AI securities between September 4, 2024, and October 30, 2025. The allegations refer to partnerships with Burke Products, Scilex Holding Company and Nature's Miracle Holding Inc., as well as an October 31, 2025 report by Wolfpack Research. Datavault AI's shares fell $0.49, or 19.44%, to $2.03 on October 31, 2025, after the report was published. Existing company priorities include commercializing technology for data monetization, digital credentials, tokenization and spatial audio, while developing SanQtum, exchange infrastructure and real-world asset initiatives.
