Investors who bought York Space Systems common stock in or traceable to its January 2026 initial public offering, or securities during the period from January 29 through May 11, 2026, have until October 30, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a proposed class action. The Law Offices of Howard G. Smith says the complaint alleges York Space and other defendants made materially false or misleading statements and failed to disclose adverse information about the company’s business, operations and prospects. The allegations include claims that York Space’s onboard mission and payload software was not fully functional before satellite launches, creating risks for contracts with the Pentagon’s Space Development Agency, or SDA. The complaint also alleges that York Space deceived the SDA through false advertising, cut corners and delivered satellites with incomplete mission-critical software. A separate announcement from Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP identified the case as Ianelli v. York Space Systems Inc. and alleged violations of the Securities Act of 1933 and/or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Serving as lead plaintiff is not required to participate in any potential recovery.
