Shoulder Innovations has entered an exclusive collaboration with ALM Ortho to introduce bespoke titanium implants for severe shoulder deformity and highly complex revision cases, where the companies say no adequate solution currently exists. ALM Ortho will design, manufacture and deliver devices based on patient imaging and individual anatomy, while Shoulder Innovations will identify cases and connect surgeons and facilities through its existing commercial ecosystem. Shoulder Innovations holds exclusive U.S. rights to ALM Ortho’s solutions for upper-extremity applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. CEO Rob Ball said the collaboration expands the company’s shoulder-care offerings and is expected to support patient outcomes and Shoulder Innovations’ commercial growth.
