Primoris Services Corporation investors who purchased shares from Aug. 5, 2025, through June 22, 2026, have until Sept. 21, 2026, to apply to serve as lead plaintiff in a securities class action in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. The lawsuit alleges that Primoris and certain executives failed to disclose deficient cost-estimation and project-oversight processes, cost overruns, execution problems and delays affecting significant fixed-price renewable-energy projects. The complaint also alleges that the company’s statements about project execution, risk management, financial performance and 2026 guidance lacked a reasonable basis, including allegedly overstated Adjusted EPS, Adjusted EBITDA and Renewables revenue projections. Primoris cut its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance on May 5 from $560 million-$580 million to $480 million-$500 million, sending the stock down 50.11% the next day. On June 22, the company disclosed the departure of its Chief Operating Officer, additional outlook reductions and cost overruns and delays involving six projects; shares fell 21.6% that day. Bragar Eagel & Squire is offering investors a free consultation about their legal options, while ClaimsFiler and Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC have also provided information about the case.
