POSCO E&C is remodeling Neutimaeul Complex 4 in Seongnam’s Jeongja-dong through horizontal and vertical expansion and a separate building, preserving load-bearing elements while increasing the complex from 16 buildings and 1,006 units to 17 buildings and 1,149 units. The 143 additional units will enter general sale starting on the 11th. Parking will expand from 601 spaces to 1,966, while strong demand for the remodeled Neutimaeul Complex 3 has lifted expectations for aging apartment districts in Bundang.
