CJ Logistics is expanding its fulfillment business, with a focus on cold-chain operations for fresh, refrigerated and frozen goods. Its Anseong B2C Cold-Chain Center, which began operating in June, covers 18,972 square meters and serves 112 sellers. The facility processes storage, inventory management, picking, packing and delivery in one shared operation, handling an average of about 16,000 cases a day. Orders received by 11 a.m. can be delivered the same day, while later orders qualify for dawn or next-day delivery under the center's cutoff schedule. About 55% of its volume comes through Naver's Naver Fulfillment Alliance, which connects sellers on Naver Smart Store with external logistics providers. Automated equipment and AI select box sizes, optimize product arrangements and verify package contents, allowing orders to move from receipt to shipment in under 30 minutes. CJ Logistics operates 235 fulfillment centers nationwide, serving more than 2,200 companies, and says it is targeting double-digit annual growth in fulfillment revenue while expanding its low-temperature network.
