SK Square is reorganizing its investment processes and portfolio-company operations around artificial intelligence, led by an AI innovation organization established this year. The company is seeking to become an AI-native investment firm by redesigning workflows and decision-making around AI rather than treating it solely as a support tool. About 80 employees have developed and actively use more than 90 AI agents for market analysis, investment target discovery and report generation, while the company is developing coordination among agents to support executive decisions. SK Square has also created Kiwi, an LLM-based internal knowledge hub, and formed a 10x TF with development teams from SK Planet, 11Street and Tmap Mobility to deploy AI work-automation systems. At 11Street, the initiative reduced operations-center costs by approximately 50%, with AI now handling much of search-category consistency verification and product-review screening. SK Square plans to expand automation across group ICT services and integrate key data from SK Planet, 11Street and Tmap Mobility, including OK Cashbag and 11Street product catalogs. The transformation is taking place alongside record second-quarter 2026 results and portfolio rebalancing that includes the divestitures of InCross and OneStore.
