Lazard has appointed Daniel Burton-Morgan as Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets Advisory, North America, a newly created role within its Strategic Capital Solutions Group in New York. Burton-Morgan will advise clients on equity capital markets strategy and execution, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, and block trades. He joins from Bank of America, where he most recently served as Head of Americas ECM Financial Sponsor Origination, after a career spanning more than two decades. Lazard said the appointment extends its established equity capital markets advisory capabilities in Europe across North America and supports a global offering for boards and management teams.
