Fusion Fuel Green said its indirect subsidiary Al Shola Gas has taken delivery of a new liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) bobtail tanker that is expected to reach approximately 200 metric tons of monthly deliveries within four to six months of entering service. At that run rate, the unit is projected to generate AED 400,000 to AED 500,000 ($109,000 to $136,000) in monthly revenue, or as much as AED 6.0 million ($1.6 million) in annual recurring revenue. The addition lifts Al Shola Gas’s fleet to 53 vehicles, including three LPG bobtails and 10 LPG cylinder trucks. A fourth, smaller 7,000-liter bobtail is in production for customers in congested urban locations. Al Shola Gas has also obtained a Petroleum Products Permit from the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, authorizing LPG cylinder distribution, transport, sale and storage, as well as bulk LPG tanker operations. Fusion Fuel said the permit could improve Al Shola Gas’s ability to compete for tenders as Dubai tightens enforcement, while warning that the revenue, operating and regulatory benefits remain subject to execution, market conditions and other risks.
