RH reported adjusted second-quarter fiscal 2026 earnings of $2.70 per share, above the $1.78 analyst estimate, while revenue rose 2.6% to $922.15 million but missed the $936.25 million consensus. Shares rose 8.94% to $146 in premarket trading Friday from a prior close of $134.02, though the stock remained down more than 41% over the preceding 12 months. RH said its new RH Estates collection could potentially double its total addressable market and reach 50% of its offering within five years. The company is also developing RH Compounds in Naples and Aventura, Florida, expanding galleries with restaurants and exploring a residential interior design business. RH narrowed fiscal 2026 sales guidance to $3.629 billion to $3.681 billion. Tariff benefits of $55.1 million in the quarter and an expected $13.9 million in the second half are expected to offset $50 million in unplanned supply-chain costs, with the remaining $19 million benefiting earnings.
