Adobe reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 revenue of $6.76 billion, up 13% from a year earlier, and adjusted earnings of $6.13 per share, exceeding Wall Street expectations. Subscription revenue rose to $6.58 billion from $5.79 billion a year earlier, while net income increased to $1.83 billion, or $4.62 per diluted share. Adobe raised its full-year revenue outlook to $26.576 billion to $26.626 billion and adjusted earnings forecast to $24.45 to $24.50 per share. The company also said it surpassed one billion monthly active users as creative-product freemium users exceeded 100 million, up more than 70% year over year. AI-first annual recurring revenue grew more than 150%, while total ARR reached $27.50 billion. Shares fell 2.3% to $243.08 in after-hours trading as investors assessed slower remaining performance obligation growth and lower net new ARR associated with the freemium strategy. Anil Chakravarthy is set to become chief executive on Dec. 1, while Steve Day remains interim CFO during Adobe's search for a permanent finance chief.
