Cullinan Therapeutics will present planned interim results from the Phase 3 REZILIENT3 trial of zipalertinib plus chemotherapy in first-line patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at Presidential Symposium 2 on Sunday, September 13, 2026. The trial met its primary endpoint of progression-free survival at the planned interim analysis. The presentation will take place during the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer’s 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer in Seoul, South Korea, running September 12-15.
