Cardano ecosystem developers have introduced ODATANO, a service that connects SAP, an enterprise resource planning and business software platform, with the Cardano blockchain through a standard OData V4 API. The tool abstracts technical requirements including the UTxO model, transaction construction, CBOR serialization, fee calculation, collateral and key management. Its 31 entities and functions support data queries, transaction creation, signing and submission to the Cardano network. ODATANO can operate as an SAP CAP plugin or a standalone service, and has supported applications including TRACE, QUANTIX, FINCA and x402. QUANTIX, a B2B raw-material procurement and payment application using oracle data, won the 2026 Charli3 Oracle Hackathon. The project is funded through Cardano Catalyst Fund 14.
