EquipmentShare, Inc. is facing a securities class action filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. says the case covers investors who bought Class A common stock issued in, or traceable to, EquipmentShare’s January 2026 initial public offering, as well as securities acquired between January 23 and June 23, 2026, inclusive. The complaint alleges that the company and other defendants failed to disclose additional related-party transactions and had not terminated or substantially reduced transactions involving entities owned or controlled by the co-founders. It further alleges that EquipmentShare’s financial statements and positive statements about its business, operations and prospects were materially misleading. Investors have until September 21, 2026, to ask the court to appoint them as lead plaintiff. Bragar Eagel & Squire partners Brandon Walker and Melissa Fortunato are accepting inquiries at no cost or obligation to investors.
