Evolution Petroleum declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share for fiscal 2027’s first quarter. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of Sept. 21, 2026, and will be the company’s 52nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend since Dec. 31, 2013. Evolution, an independent energy company listed on the NYSE American under the symbol EPM, focuses on building shareholder returns through ownership and investment in U.S. onshore oil and natural gas properties. Its strategy includes acquisitions, selective development, production enhancements and other exploitation efforts aimed at maintaining a diversified portfolio of long-life assets.
