Rosen Law Firm said it is investigating potential securities claims on behalf of Barclays PLC shareholders over allegations that the bank issued materially misleading business information to investors. The inquiry follows a Feb. 27, 2026, Reuters report about the collapse of UK mortgage provider Market Financial Solutions Ltd, or MFS, and a separate report that Barclays had a 600 million pound ($809.70 million) exposure to the lender. Barclays American Depositary Shares (ADS), securities representing shares in a foreign company, fell 3.99% on Feb. 27 and 2.3% on March 2. The firm is preparing a class action seeking recovery of investor losses and said eligible investors may participate without upfront fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.
