The Coinbase Bitcoin premium index remained negative for a fifth consecutive day, reaching -0.042% at 12:00 a.m. UTC on Sept. 11, according to CoinGlass. The index measures the gap between Bitcoin prices on Coinbase and Binance, with a sustained negative reading generally viewed as evidence of relatively weaker Bitcoin buying demand in the U.S. market.
