Bitmine Immersion Technologies said its holdings totaled $15.7 billion as of Sept. 7, 2026, including 5,929,198 ETH valued at $2,495 each, 211 Bitcoin, $593 million in cash and marketable securities, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries and $91 million invested in Eightco Holdings. Its ETH position represented 4.9% of the 122.0 million ETH supply, bringing the company to 97% of its Alchemy of 5% target after 15 months of accumulation. Bitmine said it bought 28,086 ETH during the latest week and has purchased ETH weekly since launching its treasury strategy on June 30, 2025. The company also reported 5,067,309 staked ETH, or 85% of its holdings, valued at about $12.6 billion. That amount represented roughly 11.8% of Ethereum’s total active stake of about 43.03 million ETH. Bitmine said it uses MAVAN and staking partners, but has not disclosed the allocation or key-management arrangements, making its influence over Ethereum’s consensus process difficult to assess. It estimated annual staking income of $330 million, rising to $386 million if all of its ETH were staked, based on a 7-day BMNR annualized yield of 2.61%. Chairman Thomas Tom Lee said crypto stocks had supplied four of the Russell 1000’s 21 best-performing shares since June 30, while Bitmine’s common stock had gained 99% during the quarter, ranking fourth. The company also outlined bullish expectations for ETH, institutional crypto participation, tokenization and agentic AI, while warning that those statements depend on volatile markets, regulation, staking performance and other risks.
