The token traded near $0.84 at 12:10 a.m. ET Thursday after rising above $300 following its airdrop. The project said demand overwhelmed an initial pool priced at $0.05, while sniper bots and insufficient market-maker liquidity amplified the price swing. It plans to deploy 4 million LAPTOP tokens, or 0.4% of supply, from midnight UTC on Sept. 10 to encourage liquidity on Aerodrome pools. Bubblemaps said about 80% of LAPTOP traders lost money. The team also said two prediction-linked events had resolved affirmatively, triggering a planned burn of 10 million tokens, or 1% of circulating supply within the first week.
