HD Hyundai XiteSolution, the mid-tier holding company for HD Hyundai’s construction equipment business, announced on September 11 that it appointed Park Chan-hyuk as chief executive. Park, identified in the announcement as Vice President of HD Construction Equipment, will serve as co-CEO alongside HD Hyundai Chairman Chung Ki-sun. He previously led the company’s Belgian and Chinese units, became an executive vice president in 2023, and currently heads its quality and production division. The company was launched in July 2021 to oversee HD Construction Equipment and develop synergies in research and development, procurement and sales.
