Perspective Therapeutics said updated data from its [212Pb]VMT-α-NET radiopharmaceutical program have been accepted for presentation at the 38th EORTC-NCI-AACR (ENA) Symposium 2026 on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics, scheduled for November 18 to 20, 2026, in Barcelona, Spain. Vikas Prasad of Washington University School of Medicine will present cohort-level safety and efficacy results from Cohorts 1 through 3 in patients with advanced neuroendocrine tumors expressing somatostatin receptor subtype 2, or SSTR2. The poster, abstract No. 334, is scheduled for November 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CET, or 3:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. EST. Further abstract details are due for release on November 4, 2026. Perspective designed the treatment to deliver the alpha-emitting isotope lead-212 to tumors expressing SSTR2. Its multicenter, open-label dose-escalation and dose-expansion study, registered as NCT05636618, is evaluating patients with unresectable or metastatic SSTR2-positive tumors who have not previously received radiopharmaceutical therapies. Interim data with an April 17, 2026, cutoff were presented at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting in May, including efficacy results for half of Cohort 2 and both patients in Cohort 1. Initial efficacy data for the remaining Cohort 2 patients and patients in Cohorts 3 and 4 are pending. The company plans to submit additional data to medical conferences in 2026 and 2027.
