Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP announced that a class action lawsuit was filed against Pentair plc on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Pentair securities during the period from April 28, 2026, through July 14, 2026. The complaint alleges that Pentair’s preliminary second-quarter 2026 results, released after the market closed on July 14, showed that inventory destocking in the Pool channel reduced Pool segment sales by approximately $170 million and segment income by approximately $105 million. Pentair also announced the immediate departure of its Chief Financial Officer. The company’s stock fell $11.35, or 15%, to close at $64.33 on July 15. Investors who want to seek appointment as lead plaintiff must move the court by October 2, 2026; participation in any potential recovery does not require lead-plaintiff status.
