CoinFactory AG is developing RZ Oasis, a large-scale Web3 project led by founder Rasoul Rezvani that aims to connect gaming, blockchain, token economies, digital platforms and real-world economic activity. The initiative is based on the team’s "Country 196" concept, which describes a digital-economic territory without conventional political or geographical borders. RZ Oasis is intended to support work, entertainment, company creation, investment and ownership, while allowing existing businesses to bring assets and economic activity into the ecosystem through Web3 and tokenization (turning assets or rights into digital tokens). Planned participants include gaming and AI companies, technology startups, financial platforms and tokenized businesses in sectors including real estate, hospitality, tourism, sports and industry. CoinFactory has opened an office in Palo Alto, California, to support technology and international operations, with additional offices planned. The complete environment is planned for a future launch, but the company intends to release platforms, infrastructure and other components progressively as they become ready. RZ Oasis is also expected to include physical locations connecting gaming, innovation, startups, technology, business and community.
