Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP) has arranged Ps. 8,000 million in credit facilities with Santander, BBVA, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and Scotiabank. The funds will be drawn gradually, with Ps. 4,258 million allocated to repay the GAP22L and GAP21-V debt certificates maturing on September 21 and October 9, 2026, respectively, and Ps. 3,742 million earmarked for capital expenditures at GAP’s airports in Mexico. The facilities run for six to 12 months, with some offering a further six-month extension, and carry floating interest based on Funding TIIE plus a weighted-average spread of 45 basis points. GAP operates 12 airports in Mexico’s Pacific region and also has airport operations in Jamaica. The company warned that its release contains forward-looking statements subject to economic, market, industry and operating risks, and said actual results may differ materially from current expectations.
