Rosen Law Firm issued notices on four separate securities class actions involving Blaize Holdings Inc., Datavault AI Inc., GoDaddy Inc. and Taboola.com Ltd. Blaize investors who purchased securities from July 18, 2025 through April 28, 2026 face an October 5, 2026 deadline to seek lead-plaintiff status; the complaint alleges transactions designed to create an appearance of growth and improper revenue recognition. Datavault AI investors have the same deadline for purchases between September 4, 2024 and October 30, 2025, while GoDaddy and Taboola investors face October 20 deadlines. The complaints allege misleading disclosures concerning partnerships and platform activity at Datavault AI, a GoDaddy promotion involving shorter-term lower-value contracts, and low-quality publisher relationships at Taboola. All four lawsuits have been filed, but no class has been certified. Rosen Law Firm said investors may seek lead-plaintiff status, retain separate counsel, remain absent class members or take no action.
