Teucrium has postponed the effectiveness date of its 2x Short Daily XRP ETF for the 19th time since April 2025, moving it to Oct. 11, 2026. The fund is designed to deliver approximately twice the inverse of XRP’s daily performance, but the date marks when its registration statement may become effective rather than a confirmed trading launch; the offering is expected to begin only as soon as practical afterward. The filings do not state that the SEC rejected the product or ordered the delays, and they do not identify liquidity, regulatory concerns or weak investor demand as causes. Teucrium’s 2x Long Daily XRP ETF, XXRP, is already trading, closing at $30.96 on Sept. 11 with nearly 796,000 shares changing hands. XRP investment products have also continued to attract institutional and ETF demand, while XRP remained around the mid-$1.30 range and below the existing $1.40 resistance level.
