Amazon has suspended operations with cargo carrier 21 Air after the company's Boeing 767-300 aircraft overran a runway at Miami International Airport on 6 September, hit vehicles and killed five people. The aircraft had departed Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Amazon confirmed the pause on Sunday, saying it was supporting the investigation and reviewing the circumstances surrounding the crash. The National Transportation Safety Board is leading the investigation and has recovered the flight recorders. Five other people were injured.
