LG CNS received an appreciation plaque from Indonesia's National Tax Service for building and stabilizing CoreTax, the country's next-generation tax administration system. The platform integrates taxpayer registration, reporting, payments, refunds, audits and collections. LG CNS formed a consortium with Austrian IT company QualiSoft, completed construction in December 2024 and supported operations and stabilization through March this year. Since Indonesia's National Tax Service assumed management in April, LG CNS has maintained core infrastructure, including the database. Tax revenue reached 1,035.7 trillion rupiah in the first half of this year, up 24.6% from a year earlier. LG CNS is discussing an advanced project to add AI-driven automation and data analysis to CoreTax and is also pursuing a 100 billion won AI data center project in Jakarta.
