Capital B bought four Bitcoin for about €270,000 on Sept. 14, lifting holdings held with Capital B Luxembourg SA to 3,525 BTC. The acquisition followed a €249,651.04 capital increase through the issuance of 44,227 ordinary shares at an average subscription price of €5.64 under an ATM-type contract with TOBAM. The group’s Bitcoin holdings had an aggregate acquisition value of €309.7 million, or €87,854 per BTC. Capital B reported a BTC Yield of 2.19% year-to-date and 0.34% quarter-to-date. The company had previously acquired 376 BTC for €25.3 million on Sept. 7, bringing holdings at that time to 3,521 BTC.
