Robbins LLP said a securities class action was filed on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired Innventure, Inc. securities between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026. The complaint alleges Innventure overstated the viability of Accelsius’ agreement with DarkNX to deploy NeuCool direct-to-chip liquid cooling across a planned 300MW artificial-intelligence data-center campus in Ontario, Canada. Morpheus Research questioned the project on May 28, 2026, sending Innventure shares down 8.42% to $5.87, while the stock fell 55% to $1.62 on August 14 after Innventure suspended Accelsius’ 2026 revenue and cash-flow targets and disclosed that the DarkNX project had been removed from internal bookings. Robbins LLP said investors should contact the firm before the October 27, 2026, lead-plaintiff deadline; a later section of the release refers to October 26.
