KULR Technology Group sold its remaining approximately 764 Bitcoin for roughly $58.6 million in open-market transactions between Aug. 20 and Sept. 11, 2026, leaving its crypto treasury with no Bitcoin. The company reported a weighted average sales price of about $76,633 per coin in a Form 8-K filing. The exit followed a July-to-August sale of 333 Bitcoin for net proceeds of $21.5 million, disclosed alongside repayment of a Coinbase loan and the closure of KULR's Bitcoin mining operations. KULR's board authorized digital-asset sales in May to fund operations and key priorities rather than issue new stock. The company said it is prioritizing its operating business, including KULR ONE products and services, and extended its pause on at-the-market share sales through Sept. 30, 2026. It has not specified how it will use the final-sale proceeds or whether it will buy Bitcoin again.
