Kyndryl completed its acquisition of Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC for up to $350 million, including a contingent performance-based earnout, expanding its healthcare consulting and application managed services capabilities. The transaction combines Healthcare IT Leaders’ expertise serving U.S. hospitals and health systems with Kyndryl’s infrastructure and AI capabilities across clinical, operational and workforce systems. Healthcare IT Leaders’ revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2026, represented approximately 1% of Kyndryl’s fiscal 2026 revenue. Kyndryl said the acquisition does not change its fiscal 2027 outlook and that it has temporarily paused share repurchases to preserve financial flexibility.
