Class action lawsuits have been filed on behalf of investors in EquipmentShare.com Inc., Microvast Holdings, Inc. and Primoris Services Corporation, with a Sept. 21, 2026, deadline to seek lead-plaintiff status. The EquipmentShare case covers shares purchased in or traceable to its Jan. 23, 2026, initial public offering and acquisitions through June 23, 2026. The complaint alleges the company failed to disclose additional related-party transactions involving entities owned or controlled by its co-founders and that its financial statements were materially misleading. Existing case materials say EquipmentShare sold 30.5 million Class A shares at $24.50 each and that a June 24 report by Umibōzu Research raised related-party concerns before the stock fell 6.62% to $22.30 and another 11.7% to $19.69 on June 25. The Microvast complaint covers April 1, 2025, through March 16, 2026, and alleges the company overstated its ability to meet margin targets and complete the Huzhou Phase 3.2 expansion by the end of 2025. The Primoris complaint covers Aug. 5, 2025, through June 22, 2026, and alleges deficient cost forecasting and project oversight for fixed-price renewable-energy projects. Investors do not need to seek lead-plaintiff status to remain absent members of the proposed classes and may retain counsel of their choice or take no action.
