Ethereum held near $2,540 after rebounding from the $2,500 support level, while Bitmine said its purchase of 27,180 ETH during the latest week raised total holdings to 5,956,378 ETH, or 4.9% of Ethereum's 122 million-coin supply. A Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Sept. 14 said Bitmine held $15.8 billion in combined crypto, cash and marketable securities as of Sept. 13. The company had about 5,067,309 ETH staked through MAVAN, valued at $12.7 billion at $2,513 per token, and projects annualized staking revenue of $334 million at its current seven-day yield, rising to $392 million if all of its ETH is staked through MAVAN and partners.
