LITFINCON Europe will take place at Rosewood Amsterdam on October 7–8, 2026, marking the first European edition of the seventh LITFINCON conference series. Organized by Siltstone Capital, an alternative investment firm and active legal finance investor, the event will bring together senior representatives from litigation funders, law firms, insurers, corporate legal departments and institutional investors. VIP programming begins October 6 with a dinner and Amsterdam canal cruise, while the 11-panel agenda will address European collective-action pricing, arbitration award enforcement, the Unified Patent Court, artificial intelligence and technology, and insurance structures for legal assets. Registration remains open but attendance is limited, and LITFINCON USA is scheduled to return in February 2027.
