CrowdStrike Holdings shares fell 1.73% to $231.31 in Tuesday premarket trading as investors took profits after a broad cybersecurity rally on Monday. The rally followed weekend comments from Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, supported by Sam Altman and Elon Musk, calling for a voluntary slowdown in frontier AI development. Amodei warned that rapid increases in computing power without adequate safeguards could heighten cybersecurity risks, prompting a rotation from semiconductor stocks toward enterprise security providers. CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform is positioned to benefit from demand for protection covering AI agents and live language-model operations. The company reported $5.84 billion in Annual Recurring Revenue, or ARR, for the second quarter of fiscal 2027, up 25% year over year, including $332.8 million in net new ARR. Management maintained full-year fiscal 2027 revenue guidance of $5.87 billion to $5.93 billion. Separately, Horizon3 launched an integration connecting its NodeZero vulnerability-validation platform with CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, allowing verified findings to be transferred into a unified investigative environment. The integration is available through the CrowdStrike Marketplace. Shares remained near the 52-week high of $239.37.
