ERShares said its Private-Public Crossover ETF, XOVR, delivered a cumulative net asset value (NAV) return of 5.64% from the June 12, 2026 SpaceX IPO through September 4, 2026. The fund outperformed the ER30TR Index, which returned 3.83%, the Russell 1000 Growth Index at 1.64%, and the Nasdaq 100 Index at 0.47% over the same period. Since its August 29, 2024 relaunch, XOVR returned 40.42%, ahead of the Russell 1000 Growth Index by 2.24 percentage points and the Dow Jones Industrial Average by 6.70 percentage points, while trailing the ER30TR Index by 44 basis points. XOVR held SpaceX before and after its public-market entry, illustrating the fund’s private-public crossover strategy and its proprietary VC Lens for evaluating companies across both markets. ERShares estimated that redemption fees added approximately $15.5 million to fund assets during the post-IPO period, contributing an estimated 0.90% to NAV performance. The fund says it is the first private-public crossover ETF and first ETF to invest in private companies under its stated methodology, although its SpaceX and Kalshi exposure is obtained indirectly through special-purpose vehicles rather than direct holdings.
