Nvidia shares rebounded 1.99% to $212.95 Tuesday after five consecutive sessions of declines, helped by strong quarterly results and Amazon’s order for two million processors for warehouse robotics. Nvidia reported adjusted earnings of $2.22 per share and quarterly revenue of $96 billion, beating estimates of $2.08 and $92 billion, respectively. Revenue rose 106% year over year, while adjusted earnings increased about 120%. Management forecast current-quarter revenue of $108 billion and said supply constraints could persist through fiscal 2028, with current production meeting about 70% of demand. Needham raised its third-quarter estimates to $2.46 per share and $109 billion in sales, maintained a buy rating and kept its $300 price target. The stock remains below the 227.92 cup-with-handle buy point after Monday’s decline and is retesting its 50-day moving average ahead of the Federal Reserve’s Wednesday decision. An earlier investor also increased their Nvidia position, citing strong fundamentals and growth prospects.
