A pending federal securities class action against York Space Systems Inc. (NYSE: YSS) covers investors who purchased common stock in or traceable to the company’s January 2026 initial public offering and those who bought York securities from January 29 through May 11, 2026. York sold approximately 18.5 million shares at $34 each in the offering and received approximately $583.4 million after underwriting discounts and commissions. The stock later fell as low as $9.33, down $24.67 per share, or more than 70%, from the IPO price. The complaint, pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, alleges that York and senior leadership made materially false or misleading statements and omitted adverse information about the readiness of mission and payload software, satellite manufacturing and scalability, and risks to multi-hundred-million-dollar contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense’s Space Development Agency, including Tranche 3 procurement funding. Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP is investigating the allegations and has set October 30, 2026, as the deadline for investors to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. The complaint also concerns York’s disclosures about its position in the Space Development Agency’s Transport Layer program and risks involving its largest customer. SueWallSt, powered by Levi & Korsinsky LLP, is separately soliciting information from potentially eligible investors.
