  • The rollout gives 27,000 employees access to shared data, systems and organizational knowledge.
  • Adecco has deployed recruitment-focused agentic AI across 10 countries, covering 50% of revenues.

The Adecco Group is globally deploying Salesforce’s Agentforce Coworker across more than 40 countries after a successful pilot in the UK and France. The enterprise AI teammate, embedded in Salesforce and powered by Anthropic’s Claude, gives 27,000 employees a single access point to data, systems and organizational knowledge across sales, recruitment and client- and candidate-engagement workflows. Adecco has already deployed agentic AI (AI that performs multi-step tasks) in recruitment across 10 countries, representing 50% of its business revenues, and the new rollout will use context from more than 2.5 million agent-candidate interactions since April 2025. CEO Denis Machuel is scheduled to join Salesforce chair and CEO Marc Benioff and the CEOs of Anthropic, NVIDIA and Siemens at the main Dreamforce keynote on Sept. 15, 2026, to discuss human-centric AI. The company said its unlimited Agentforce 360 enterprise agreement with Salesforce enables the global expansion and that its pilot achieved strong adoption within days.
