Grayscale’s XRP Trust ETF ranks among the three largest target allocations in both its Digital Assets Leaders and Digital Assets Next Gen model portfolios. As of Aug. 31, GXRP represented 11.92% of Leaders, behind ether at 38.57% and bitcoin at 37.25%, and 26.11% of Next Gen, second only to ether at 42.34%. Next Gen also allocated 21.09% to Solana, 5.76% to Hyperliquid, 2.66% to Chainlink, 1.08% to Avalanche and 0.96% to Sui, while excluding bitcoin. Grayscale launched four advisor strategies—Core Plus, Leaders, Next Gen and Infrastructure—on Sept. 14. The market-cap-weighted portfolios are rebalanced quarterly, cap any single asset at 40% and are distributed through financial platforms for advisors to use at their discretion. The Next Gen model had returned 30.69% since inception, with no longer-term performance figures available. Grayscale’s models offer portfolio-based exposure to XRP through exchange-traded products rather than direct token ownership. XRP traded at $1.30, down 7.8% over 24 hours but up 30.0% over 30 days.
