Intel shares rose more than 4% after Tigress Financial raised its price target to $145 from $118 and maintained a Buy rating, while Melius Research analyst Ben Reitzes retained a Buy rating and $165 target and said the stock could reach $200 within two years. Reitzes cited potential foundry agreements with Apple, Tesla, another hyperscaler and other customers, high-volume production of Intel’s 14A process node potentially beginning in 2028, and improving product execution. Reuters reported that SK Hynix is considering leasing part of Intel’s delayed Ohio facility to manufacture memory chips in the United States, although no agreement or terms have been disclosed. Intel Chief Executive Lip-Bu Tan bought 105,263 shares at $95 each in August, while Intel separately raised nearly $20 billion through a stock offering at $95 per share for foundry expansion. The shares are up about 300% over 12 months, including a chart-cited 304% gain, and approximately 163% year to date.
