Pomerantz LLP announced that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Alarum Technologies Ltd. and certain officers and directors over alleged securities fraud and other unlawful business practices. Investors who purchased or acquired Alarum securities during the class period have until Oct. 5, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. Reuters reported on July 2 that Google, working with the FBI, acted against infrastructure linked to NetNut and the Popa botnet. Bloomberg later reported that the FBI was investigating whether NetNut linked customers’ home internet devices to a network without consent. Alarum’s ADRs fell 20.8% to $6.35 on July 2 and declined a further 61.85% over the next two trading sessions to $3.06 on July 6.
