Nexadynamics has completed payment for a 13 billion Korean won rights offering to Siwon Innotek, which now holds a 28.71% stake and is the company’s largest shareholder. The funding supports Nexadynamics’ entry into the finished AI GPU server market, where overseas companies including Supermicro, Dell and HPE currently dominate. The company plans to build a 3,000-square-meter production facility at its plant in the Sihwa National Industrial Complex, install major equipment and begin pilot production in the fourth quarter of 2026, then start commercial production in 2027. It is also pursuing a separate 30 billion-won rights offering to expand capacity, develop AI computing infrastructure and stabilize component supplies. Initial demand is expected to come from data center projects linked to DC Korea and the DCP group, while Nexadynamics plans eventually to add AI computing resource rentals to its server manufacturing and systems-integration businesses.
