Korea Investment & Securities, a subsidiary of Korea Investment Holdings, is accepting applications for its second-half public recruitment of new employees until 5 p.m. on Oct. 19. The hiring covers PB services for individuals and corporations, investment banking, project financing, wholesale, retirement pensions, asset management, research, risk management, general management and IT/Digital. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year university, including those expected to graduate in February next year, and may apply regardless of major. The selection process includes document screening, a job competency assessment, an AI interview, first- and second-round interviews, and a final interview. The company will hold interactive recruitment briefings at four universities, continuing a 24-year practice of having senior executives meet students directly. Korea Investment Holdings Chairman Kim Nam-goo and Korea Investment & Securities CEO Kim Sung-whan will lead sessions at different campuses. Attendees receive extra points in document screening, while pre-registrants can join question-and-answer sessions with recruitment managers.
