A securities class action and related investor investigation target Hims & Hers Health, Inc. after the Federal Trade Commission and state and local authorities accused the telehealth company of misleading consumers and investors. Hagens Berman said the claims concern alleged sharing of health information with advertising platforms, near-immediate prescription charges after intake-form submissions, recurring subscription enrollment and difficult cancellation practices. The FTC complaint was filed alongside the State of Utah and Los Angeles County, representing California. Hims shares fell $4.32, or 14.73%, to close at $25.00 on July 29, erasing more than $970 million in market value, according to Hagens Berman. The class period runs from August 4, 2025, through July 29, 2026, and investors must petition the court by November 2, 2026, to seek lead-plaintiff status.
