NOVVA Group, an integrated industrial and financial platform for AI infrastructure, has signed a binding framework agreement in Paris to acquire a 3.17 GW renewable energy portfolio in Argentina from German developer ABO Energy. The agreement was signed by Novva founder and chief executive Steven Liu and ABO Energy Managing Director Dr. Karsten Schlageter. It follows Novva’s acquisition of three solar projects from ABO Energy in Colombia earlier this year and expands the company’s global energy base while accelerating its Latin American expansion alongside projects under development in emerging markets. Novva combines development, financing and turnkey execution to provide financially viable, aggregated clean energy for next-generation data centers, Powered Land and Powered Shells worldwide. Singapore-based Novva operates across Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia and Central Asia, while ABO Energy, headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany, develops wind, solar and storage projects.
