Purchasers of Hertz Global Holdings Inc. common stock between May 7, 2026, and June 23, 2026, have until September 22, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a filed securities class action, Rosen Law Firm said. The lawsuit alleges Hertz's liquidity was deteriorating more quickly than represented and would not cover operations and obligations for the next 12 months without a distressed, dilutive financing. It also alleges used-car-market weakness had recurred, reducing net depreciation per unit and Adjusted Corporate EBITDA, contrary to statements that the softness was isolated and transitory. The proposed class has not been certified, and investors may retain their own counsel, seek lead plaintiff status or remain absent class members.
