Rosen Law Firm is investigating potential securities claims on behalf of TruBridge shareholders after the company disclosed delayed annual reporting and errors in previously issued financial statements. TruBridge said on March 17, 2026, that it could not file its annual report for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2025, because it had identified out-of-period errors requiring further analysis. The issues involved revenue recognition and related contract costs, stock-based compensation and capitalized software development expenses, including statements for 2023, 2024 and the first three quarters of 2025. TruBridge shares fell $1.84, or 10.5%, to $15.75 that day. Rosen Law said it is preparing a class action and that eligible investors may participate through a contingency-fee arrangement without upfront fees or costs, subject to the firm's notice and legal process.
