  • HIVE’s BUZZ HPC partnered with ProCogia to deliver sovereign AI infrastructure across three continents.
  • 2,304 NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GPUs support a roughly $220 million Bell AI Fabric agreement.
  • HIVE plans 850 MW by 2030, with a 320 MW GTA gigafactory targeted for 2027.

HIVE Digital Technologies, through subsidiary BUZZ High Performance Computing Inc., entered a strategic partnership with Vancouver-based AI consultancy ProCogia on September 16, 2026, to provide sovereign AI infrastructure to enterprise and SMB clients across three continents. The collaboration combines BUZZ HPC’s GPU resources with ProCogia’s ZeroBoxx framework, large language model hosting, custom model training and purpose-built agentic solutions. ProCogia’s CallYeah healthcare platform and PolyKode code-migration solution will run on BUZZ HPC’s compute layer. The partnership adds applied-AI services to HIVE’s expanding infrastructure business, which includes a three-year Bell AI Fabric agreement valued at roughly $220 million to supply 2,304 NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GPUs to Cohere Inc., as well as a separate five-year agreement worth approximately $350 million and generating around $70 million in annual recurring revenue. HIVE plans to reach 850 megawatts of sovereign compute capacity by 2030, including a 320 MW AI gigafactory in the Greater Toronto Area with more than 100,000 GPUs targeted to become operational in the second half of 2027.
